I predict this week's favourite topic is going to be ecovers...
You've probably already seen something about the new software that's been released already today.
You'll probably be sick of hearing about it by the end of the week ;-)
Why?
Simple, it's a really, REALLY cool bit of kit!

So everyone, and their monkey's uncle, is going to be emailing you about it.
now to be fair, I will pick up a copy myself, just to play with
BUT I'm not going to sack my designer just yet, here's why...
For me it's still easier to get someone else to do it for me, simply to save the time, as there are other things I can spend that time on, AND my business can afford to pay for my designer.
You need to ask yourself whether this software, however good it is, will help your business make more money?
Let me give you a real quick summary of what it does first.
It's software that let's you:
~ Create professional e-cover designs in just minutes
~ Easily drag-and-drop backgrounds, images, and art
~ Make great money designing projects for people
yup, pretty simple, but hugely powerful, partly because it's so damn easy to use, and partly because there's so many neat templates built in you don't really need to be an art or design genius to pump out awesome looking ecovers in minutes!
So, the question remains, is it worth you investing in..?
If you're running on a tight budget, or can't find a designer to do exactly what you want, then yes, it's going to be worth investing in a copy...
or if you want to be able to create and sell ecovers yourself as a source of income (e.g. on Fiverr or Freelancer for example), then yes, it's definitely worth grabbing now...
or if you just want to save yourself the hassle of finding a designer when you need to just create a one off ebook or software box design, then yes, it makes sense...
simply remember to ask yourself what purpose it will serve in your business, what hole will it fill, how much time will it save you, or how will it help you move forward.
Once you have your answer you'll know whether it's right for you...
